I never planned to be a health coach. For more than 35 years as a dental hygienist, I had a front-row seat to people’s lives. Every day I met wonderful men and women who looked like they had it all together—but behind the smile were medications, exhaustion, stress, sleepless nights, and the quiet feeling that somewhere along the way, they’d stopped taking care of themselves.
As I began sharing my own wellness journey, something beautiful happened. One conversation became another. Small changes became lasting transformations. I realized from my own transformation that what people really need is not another impossible plan. They need someone who has been there, to show them the way. That’s exactly who I hope to be for you.
